We have hosted dressage shows, and had many requests for a hunter show. Therefore, we will have our first hunter/open show here at Shenandoah River Farm on August 15, 2009! Come enjoy the river, the mountains, the beautiful natural sand ring, the awesome jumps, delicious refreshments, and fun fellowship with other horse enthusiastics. Classes are geared to the young, beginner rider through advanced, and we are offering 3 western and 3 game classes! Plenty of parking for trailers! Dressage Shows

Shenandoah River Farm hosts dressage shows for the Shenandoah Valley Dressage Association. Last year, the schooling show celebrated over 50 rides! It was a fun day of riding, learning and fellowship with other dressage enthusiasts! The judges are excellent, ranging from "l" to "R", and the Heels Down Equestrian Team caters the event with plenty of delicious grilled hamburgers, hotdogs, and many other refreshments! We are planning another show currently and the date will soon be released.
